All online purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority mail for a flat fee of $7.50, which includes delivery confirmation.  All orders will be processed within 3 business days with an average of 2 - 3 days for shipping.  Feel free to contact me for any other delivery arrangements.

All purchases come gift wrapped with tissue paper, a decorative cellophane bag and a beautiful ribbon.  Gift cards available upon request.

100% customer satisfaction.  If for any reason your are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the item.  We will not refund the shipping charges.  Please pack all returns securely.  

All jewelry is guaranteed for workmanship.  I will repair jewelry that is a result of a flaw free of charge within 1 year of purchase date.  I regret I cannot take responsibility for damage due to abuse or to normal wear and tear.  If through normal usage or accident your piece becomes damaged, I will happily repair it.  Please contact me with a description of the piece and the damage for a repair estimate.
